Summer Staff 2025

Peitho Proago

Our Program Director this summer is Peitho Proago! His name means “Is confident in leading the way,” which we think makes him a great fit for the job. Peitho has been coming to Camp ALOMA for 9 years now and has been a camper, as well as served as a JS, YC, and SC. He is looking forward to taking on the role of Program Director and getting to interact with campers and share the word of God in a new way!


Boulomai

Meet Boulomai! Her full name is Boulomai Horao Therapeuo, which means “wishes to see healing”. She has been coming to camp for 13 years and this is her second summer as a Senior Counselor here at ALOMA. She has also served as a JS and YC for us. We are so excited to have her back this summer!


Chairo En Patria

Meet Chairo En Patria. Which means “Rejoices in Family” in Greek. This is her first year at camp and we cannot wait see what amazing things she will bring! She is serving this summer as a senior counselor and we believe that she is perfect for her role!


Paratereo Heneka Chreia

Meet Paratereo Heneka Chreia! Her name means “I Watch For Need” in Greek. This is her first summer here at camp and what a blessing she is to have. She will be serving as a senior counselor for the summer and we cannot wait to see the energy and love of God that she brings to camp!


Sterizo Enopion

Meet Sterizo Enopion. His name means “Encouraging Presence” in Greek. He has been coming to camp for 6 years and we are super blessed to have him join us as summer staff this year. He will be serving as a senior counselor and we cannot wait to see what great things he will bring to camp.


‘Et A Bad

Meet E’t A Bad! He has been coming to Camp ALOMA for 3 years and has worn many hats in his time here, including serving as a mini camp counselor, maitenance and kitchen. We are super happy to have him back serving as both a kitchen staff member and male counselor.


Ra’yown Qrabah

Introducing Ra’yown Qrabah! His name means “Striving To Be Near” in Hebrew. He has been coming to camp for 11 years and has served as both a Junior Servant and Youth Counselor. This year we are happy to see him step into his new role as both kitchen staff and a male counselor. We cannot wait to see what great things are in store for him!


Shual

Meet Kesup Shual, aka Shual. His name means Silver Fox, and this is his 24th year serving here at Camp ALOMA. Over that time, he has also introduced his kids and dog to camp, as well. He serves camp in a variety of different ways, but mostly helps with our Group Challenge Courses, work projects around camp, and bringing joy to campers and staff!


Diakoneo Para Charis

Meet our camp nurse! Her camp name is Diakoneo Para Charis, which means “Serves With Grace.” She has been serving with us for the last several years and we are SO lucky to have her as our camp nurse all summer this year!


Amachhon Doulos

Meet Amachhon Doulos! Her name means “Peace-Loving Servant”. She has been serving here at camp for several years and has come back to help around camp for the summer! We appreciate all of her help with Bible studies and activities around camp, and are so grateful to have her back! Say hi when you see her!


One Dot

Meet One Dot! He has been coming up to camp with his owner, Shual, for the last few years and is loved by everyone! One Dot is named for the lone dot on his behind and is one of our more loyal camp dogs. You can find One Dot roaming camp with either Shual or his other humans. He can’t wait to see all of our amazing campers during the summer!


Pebbles

Meet Pebbles! Pebbles is one of our amazing camp dogs! She has been with us at Camp ALOMA for just over a year after Neo found and took her in from a Walmart here in Prescott. She is super friendly and FULL of energy. She can’t wait to greet all of our campers this summer!


Levi

Meet Levi! Levi belongs to our Camp Assistant, Yabatach. He has been with us here at camp for the last few years and can usually be found riding around with Yabatach or wandering camp looking for someone to play with. He is full of energy and so excited to see our campers again this summer.
