Leah McKean – Camp Director
Neoterikos Kardia “Neo” – Youthful Heart
Leah has been coming to Camp ALOMA since she was seven years old. She has been a junior staff, youth counselor, kitchen staff, and a Senior Counselor for three summers and Program Director for one year. Leah has also worked at United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) where she was certified to help special needs children and Glendale Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center. She is currently working on getting a degree in Social Work and Youth ministry. Camp ALOMA is where Leahs relationship with God began and she hopes that many others will come to know Jesus through camp ministry!
Robert McNaughton – Facilities Director
Litheos Goneeasexos “Exos” – Outer Cornerstone
Bob is one of the founding members of Camp ALOMA and has been a part of it’s history since 1973. Bob and his wife Kathie have been serving Camp ALOMA in various ways since the start of camp. He is a member of Christ Church Lutheran in Phoenix. Bob is currently working as the camp Facilities Director here at Camp.
Mike Skala – Camp Assistant
Yabatach – Trust in Yahweh
Mike began working at Camp ALOMA in March of 2011. He is originally from Christ Church Lutheran in Phoenix, where he was a part of the Celebrate Recovery Ministry. He is currently attending American Evangelical Lutheran Church in Prescott. His title at camp is Camp Assistant. He works all over camp with strengths in maintenance and helping in the kitchen.
