Offers High-Quality Christ-Centered Summer Camps
- For children and youth in a safe, nurturing, and joyful community
Facilitates Year-Round Retreats
- For churches, families, and other compatible groups of all ages
Complements the Ministries and Programs of our Constituent Churches
- Including nurturing Christ-like servant leaders
Delivers Biblical Teaching in the Lutheran Tradition
- For a solid theological foundation
Faithfully and Responsibly Stewards our Facilities and Financial Resources
- For positive ministry growth in the future, while being respectful of the legacy passed down to us
Camp ALOMA is operated by the Arizona Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Association (ALOMA) and is a member of the National Lutheran Outdoors Ministry Association (NLOMA)
ALOMA is an association of Lutheran churches across Arizona and southern Nevada. ALOMA is not affiliated with any particular Lutheran denomination but has representatives from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS), the Lutheran Churches in Mission for Christ (LCMC) and one congregation affiliated with The American Association of Lutheran Churches (TAALC) and the Alliance of Renewal Churches (ARC).
The camp operates year-round and is open to all Christian groups. The camp is available to all types of Christian activities including church councils, choirs, youth groups, church boards, men’s or women’s groups, senior adult groups, church and school staff, weekend retreats, winter retreats, scout groups, and inter-generational family camps.
The camp is located 5 miles west of Prescott, Arizona in the Prescott National Forest.
